How can I reset my weekend routine after a sudden schedule change?

I had planned to spend this weekend finishing errands, exercising, and catching up on rest, but a last-minute change completely disrupted everything. I want to get back on track without feeling like I lost the whole weekend. What is a practical way to reorganize my time, protect my energy, and still feel productive and relaxed by Sunday evening?
